LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd Referral Reward Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. To qualify, the referrer must introduce a new prospective client to LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd.
3. A “new prospective client” is an individual who has not previously received advice, services or an initial consultation from LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd.
4. The referred individual must attend and complete an initial consultation with LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd for the referral to qualify.
5. The referrer will be entitled to a £100 referral reward.
6. The reward is payable solely in respect of a successful introduction resulting in an initial consultation and is not dependent on the referred individual becoming a client, purchasing a product, or proceeding with any recommendation or advice.
7. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a referrer may make during the promotion period. A separate £100 referral reward will be payable for each qualifying referral, subject to the overall promotion limit set out in clause 10.
8. Where more than one person claims to have referred the same individual, the reward will be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion to the person identified by the referred individual as having made the introduction.
9. The promotion is limited to the first 50 qualifying referrals. A qualifying referral is counted when the referred individual has completed their initial consultation/initial meeting.
10. Once 50 qualifying referrals have been reached, the promotion will close. Notice of closure will be published in the Promoter’s monthly newsletter and, where reasonably practicable, on any promotional materials under the Promoter’s control.
11. LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd reserves the right to withhold a reward where it reasonably believes that the promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that these Terms & Conditions have not been complied with.
12. LJ Financial Planning (AJT) Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that any such action is carried out fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
13. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
